Everything works, nothing is gated, and there is nothing to buy. That is not a promotion with an end date attached — it is what happens while a thing is unfinished enough that charging for it would be rude.
What is not decided: the price. What is decided: the shape, which is the part that determines whether you can rely on it.
The rules a price will have to obey
The browser version stays free
For the whole pipeline, not a crippled trial of it. It is how you find out whether this works for your models, and a demo that cannot finish the job answers nothing.
Paying unlocks capability, never availability
No feature will require you to be online, and no licence check will be able to stop the app opening. A server that can say no is a server that will, eventually, say no at the wrong moment.
One licence, your devices
Signed and checked on your machine, valid for a month at a time with a grace period after it, and you release your own devices. Nothing to phone home to.
Perpetual for what you bought
If a subscription ever appears it buys updates, not access to files you already made. Your projects are yours, in a documented format, forever.
No counters, no countdowns.
There is no "places remaining" number on this site and there will not be one, because the only honest version of that number is queried from the payment provider — and if it is not, someone will eventually check.
The same rule governs every number here: it comes from a benchmark, a verified session or the product's own source, and the file it comes from is public. The docs page lists each one with what it means.
Building it yourself is fine.
The repository is public and the whole thing builds from it. What money would buy is signed installers, the hosted browser version, and someone reading the bug reports — not permission.
